2. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment or booking fee as specified in the agreement. The balance amount must be cleared before the event date. All payments are non-refundable once the planning process has begun, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the promised service.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide accurate details, cooperate during the planning process, and ensure timely communication. Any delay or misinformation that affects the event outcome will not be the responsibility of Weddings Wonders.

4. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors such as caterers, decorators, photographers, or entertainers. However, we are not liable for any shortcomings, delays, or issues in their services. Clients are encouraged to verify all vendor details before final approval.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds or rescheduling requests are subject to the terms mentioned in your service agreement. We reserve the right to retain service fees for work already completed prior to cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every possible step to ensure event success, Weddings Wonders is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or vendor emergencies that may affect the event outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, and designs created by or for Weddings Wonders remain our intellectual property. Clients may use them for personal purposes but cannot reproduce or use them for commercial gain without permission.

8. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
