SERVICE AGREEMENT

Weddings Wonders Client Engagement Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, design curation, vendor coordination, and execution of wedding and event planning services provided by Weddings Wonders ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), having its registered office at Plot 1372-New Gadauda Sector M, Mansarovar-Transport Nagar, Lucknow - 226012. By confirming a booking, depositing an advance, or executing a customized wedding agreement, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Weddings Wonders provides bespoke wedding planning, theme styling, venue coordination, vendor management, guest hospitality, and cinematography services as mutually agreed upon in the signed Scope of Work (SOW) document accompanying your project estimate.

3. Booking & Payment Schedules

To secure auspicious wedding dates, an initial non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance shall be payable in structured milestones as outlined in your customized project invoice. All vendor advances (such as artist fees, venue deposits, and catering minimums) must be cleared prior to on-ground execution.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, advance retainers and payments already disbursed to non-refundable third-party vendors (venues, artists, imported floral suppliers) cannot be refunded. In the event of date rescheduling, Weddings Wonders will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new dates subject to calendar availability and revised vendor tariffs.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling contractual obligations if caused by unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, civil unrest, or catastrophic weather conditions. In such events, both parties shall work collaboratively to reschedule or adjust service scopes amicably.

6. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

Weddings Wonders reserves the non-exclusive right to capture, photograph, and film on-site decor setups, stage architecture, and general event proceedings for use in our portfolio, website, and promotional reels, while respecting client privacy upon prior written notification.

7. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. For inquiries regarding our terms, please email contact@weddingswonders.com.
